Thoughts on the New Look of the Blog and Following

I would really like to read your comments on the new look of the blog. There is quite a bit more that needs to be transferred from the old template but any thoughts would be appreciated. I am very grateful to my friend Joel Garver in the States who has done so much to help me customize the template to help make things easier for me as I build the blog's new look and step up on its content. Thanks for reading and please pass this on to others and link as a follower if you are not presently...Much thanks!

This is much better - very nice in comparison to other blogs I've seen. Keep up the good work & may God bless you and your family!

Very well balanced and I like the color scheme. I think it works nicely.

There is only 'One Thing Needful', the chant from your old 'Meam Commemorationem' blog. Sometimes I go to it just for that.

It all looks very good. Am I right in thinking there is now a wider column for the text of your posts?

Jeff,

Is that Laura Ashley wall paper as a backdrop? :-)

The posts are easier to read, though I confess that I'd like to see a bit more brightness: black and green seem a bit grim to me. Nevertheless, this is a big improvement. That said, I'd read it even without pictures.

Very nice indeed. I like it.

God bless.

A fixed width is better than the percentaged width on wide screen. I find it very tiring to read white text on dark background. Is it only me?

Sed contra! The wallpaper seems busy to me, and the hue of the green headlines somehow makes my teeth hurt. But other than that....

Father! It could be the pattern of a nice carpet in the sanctuary... ;-) It's busy and green for Jesus! :-) lol

I like the new look Jeffrey, but it is also time for you to post a new photo of yourself. The disheveled Chris Farley look was nice for a while, but I vote for giving it a rest. Just my two cents. God Bless.

Who is Chris Farley?
