Making a Trip to the USA

I am not certain how much writing will happen over the next week as the family is flying out of Heathrow tomorrow to go to the States to see Rhea's mum who has been battling with stage-4 ovarian cancer. Hospice care has come in to see her and the family is gathering together over the next week. It will be nice to see cousins that have not been seen in seven years. So, the kids are looking forward to that. The trip is very important for Rhea as she will spend some sweet time with her mother. Please pray for Jare Whitmore who is facing her terminal illness. She is a faithful Catholic and she is a wonderful witness to the grace given to those who suffer. We hope to all be in Mass together this Sunday. There are 3 children (with their spouses) and 14 grandchildren who will accompany her to Sunday Mass. I can only imagine how wonderful this Sunday's Mass will be!!
